Refund Policy

We want you to try a paid NQR plan with confidence. Every new paid subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, and you can cancel at any time. This page explains how that works in plain terms.

14-day money-back guarantee

If a paid plan isn’t the right fit, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment and we’ll give your money back — no lengthy explanation needed. The guarantee covers your first subscription payment on a plan and applies once per account.

NQR also has a free tier, so you can explore the basics without paying at all.

Cancelling and renewals

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel any time from your account settings — your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you simply won’t be charged again.

Outside the 14-day guarantee, payments for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, since you keep full access for the rest of that period. If something went wrong, get in touch — we review reasonable requests case by case.

How to request a refund

Email us at contact@nqr.app and include:

• The email address on your NQR account.
• The approximate date of the payment you’d like refunded.

We aim to review eligible requests within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; how quickly the credit appears depends on your bank or card issuer.

How payments are processed

Our order process is handled by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle manages billing, invoicing, and payment processing on our behalf and may present its own buyer terms at checkout. You can also raise a billing or refund query directly with Paddle.

Exceptions and abuse

We may decline a refund where the guarantee has already been used on an account, or where there is evidence of fraud or abuse of this policy. Nothing here limits any refund rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
