Terms of Service
Last updated June 17, 2026
These Terms govern your access to and use of NQR (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
NQR lets you create static and dynamic QR codes, edit the destinations of dynamic codes, track scans, and export code images. Dynamic codes resolve through our redirect so you can change where a printed code points without reprinting it.
NQR is offered on a free plan and on paid Pro and Business plans. What each plan includes is described on our pricing page.
Plans & billing
Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as you choose at checkout). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
We use Paddle as our payment provider and Merchant of Record. This means Paddle handles checkout, processes your payment, and is the seller of record for your purchase; their buyer terms also apply to transactions. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then drops to the free plan — we don’t cut off access you paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
If we change plan pricing, the new price applies from your next renewal, and we’ll give you advance notice by email before it takes effect.
Your account
- You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
- You must provide accurate registration information and a valid email address.
- You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Direct scanners to malware, phishing, or other unlawful or deceptive content.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the security of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend or remove codes, or terminate accounts, that violate these Terms or applicable law. Where we terminate a paid account for a clear violation, any refund is handled under our Refund Policy.
Your content
You retain ownership of the destinations, titles, logos, and other content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — for example, to store your data, generate your code images, and perform redirects on your behalf.
Availability
We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NQR is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after changes means you accept them.
